its a weird day. haven't managed to shake the cold entirely.

went to an open house at my old high school last night and ended up having this weird dream that i would be graduating with the class of 2003 and while I wasn't the valedictorian, I made this rip-roaring inspirational speech about how, even though we had great teachers, that we could only gain knowledge through our own experiences and that I was proof that this is always true. no matter how old one gets.

so, i ended the day feeling a lot taller and a little more claustrophobic while walking down the hallways ( i suppose that i have grown some since then) and woke up today feeling a little congested and quite confused about why i had such a dream.

what was most strange was that over 20 years have passed since then. it seems like yesterday when i studied my brains out there. it was also a time when i walked up and down the halls getting made fun of by all of those jerks that thought they were better than me. the truth is, they didn't know anything. neither did i.

i've learned a lot since then... and hopefully will continue to learn lots...
